Using a running treadmill can be a great form of exercise. Fitness treadmills come in two different types, motorised treadmills and manual treadmills. Most gym treadmills are motorised with the idea being that you set a speed and an incline and the exercise treadmill belt moves automatically and you run on the treadmill to keep up.
