NeoTech
My favorite conversion! Has a whole bunch of kick-@$$ changes for Terran (like Firebat shoots missiles, Tanks shoot super long range missiles, etc.). Also a few changes for Protoss.

Starcraft Ultra
An awesome conversion. Changes lots of stuff for all 3 races!

Starcraft Versus
Really fun conversion! Changes Zerg into Pokemon, Protoss into Chrono Cross, and Terran into various other video game characters, like Mega Man, Street Fighter, Mario, and more.

FungusCraft

FungusCraft Gold

StarCraft Advanced II

Unlimited Units

Close Combat
Changes the weapons and graphics of Terran units. And a bunch of one player Spanish maps? Go figure.

Millenium
Adds some new units, and lets you build units you couldn’t build before, like Zerg Cerebrates.

FunCraft
Changes the graphics of everything! Including the cursor!
